What is a logo embroidery?

Logo embroidery on a sample before mass production is a key step in the manufacturing process of garments or customized items. Before starting large-scale production, a sample is created to test and validate the appearance of the embroidered logo on the fabric, in terms of color, position, size, and quality of finish. Here is how it works:

Sample creation: The client’s logo is converted into a digital file that can be used by an embroidery machine. The fabric sample is then embroidered with the logo according to the provided specifications.

Appearance validation: The embroidered sample is examined to ensure the logo matches the client’s expectations. This includes checking the size, colors, accuracy of outlines, readability, and the position of the logo on the garment or item.

Adjustments if necessary: If modifications are needed (for example, the color needs to be changed or the size adjusted), corrections are made to the sample.

Final validation: Once the client is satisfied with the sample, mass production can begin using the same approved settings.

This step helps minimize the risk of errors during mass production and ensures that the final product exactly meets the client’s expectations.
