We are two sisters, one based in Montreal and the other in Bali, united by a shared passion for fashion and ethical clothing production. In Montreal, we oversee fashion design, collection development, and international sales, while in Bali, our textile workshop is the heart of our garment manufacturing.
We are not intermediaries: we are the manufacturers. This independence allows us to control every step of the textile production process, ensure ethical, sustainable, and human-centered practices, and craft each piece with care — from the initial idea to the finished garment.
Marie Pier:
Our story began in 1986 in Matane with the creation of Mode ÉZÉ+, a family business specializing in adaptive clothing. The goal was simple yet ambitious: to design clothing for people with loss of autonomy, combining comfort, aesthetics, and functionality. My mother, France, took over the business in 1994, and I grew up immersed in this world. Very quickly, my sister Caroline and I dreamed of continuing this adventure and contributing in our own way.
Caroline:
The world of fashion has always fascinated me, even though my first passions were theater and the arts. Marie Pier, passionate about fashion design, naturally pursued fashion studies. After graduating, we decided to discover the world for two years, traveling across Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Asia, and Korea—an experience that profoundly changed our perception of the world.
Marie Pier:
During this journey, we witnessed the impacts of textile pollution, malnutrition, inequalities, and exploitation. These realities deeply touched us and sparked our desire to find solutions respectful of people and the planet. Upon returning to Montreal, I chose to fully commit to the family business, while Caroline pursued her studies and continued traveling.
Caroline:
In 2014, I joined the team, ready to bring my energy and ideas. At that moment, I decided to dedicate my passion to fashion sales and communication, and we realized that our vision had to evolve to meet tomorrow’s challenges.
Marie Pier:
During a trip to Bali, I fell in love with the island, its culture, and its people. That’s where I met my future husband. After living in Canada, we decided to move back to Bali with our children. My vision of textile production changed: I realized it was possible to manufacture in an ethical and sustainable way, while respecting local culture.
Caroline:
I realized that my skills acquired in theater were valuable for sales: creating authentic connections, understanding people’s needs, and building strong relationships. These abilities enriched my approach to the market.
Marie Pier:
We launched our first collection of adaptive clothing and established our own production workshop in Bali. This experience paved the way for a new project: offering ethical textile production services to Canadian and international companies, with a strong commitment to sustainable practices.
Caroline:
With the arrival of the pandemic, we saw an opportunity to reinvent our activities while remaining true to our values and history. As a mother of two children, I realized the importance of adapting the business to new realities.
Marie Pier:
Our workshop in Indonesia allows us to connect two continents: Bali for textile manufacturing and Canada for sales and fashion collection development. We have gathered a passionate team of designers, pattern makers, and seamstresses who share the same ambition: to create responsible and committed collections.
Caroline:
Today, this synergy between Canada and Indonesia allows us to offer ethical clothing production that combines expertise, passion, and respect for human values. We are proud of the path we have taken and aware that there is still much more to accomplish together.

I worked with AÉ+ to develop the first collection of my brand, Solveig.
I'm someone with a background in marketing and knew nothing about the textile world.
Caroline and Marie Pier guided me step by step through the development and production process.
Always available to answer my questions, they supported me from A to Z, making sure to clearly explain each step along the way
.
I recommend them to anyone looking to develop a fashion brand—not only are they professional, but they are also incredibly skilled and kind.
Thank you for everything.
I’m truly satisfied with the service provided by my supplier for Theadora.
They always respond quickly to my emails—often the same day—which I greatly appreciate.
They take the time to support me in developing my collections and help me find creative solutions to stay within my budget.
The clothing is not only of excellent quality, but also ethically made, which is a huge plus for me and my customers.

Working with Agence Ézé
Plus was a real game changer for me!
As I was launching my business, Ézé offered the option to produce small quantities without compromising the quality of our product (I’d even say they helped improve it), all at a cost that allowed us to keep our retail prices accessible.
Caroline and Marie Pier are understanding, flexible, and solution-oriented. Their service is fully tailored, and since we've started working together, we've built a strong business relationship based on transparent communication and a shared goal of making it work for everyone.
I highly recommend Agence Ézé Plus to anyone with a vision who wants to see their project through with the right support and guidance!
We are a young company specialized in swimwear, with a clear mission: to create designs that truly support women’s bodies, while being both aesthetic and comfortable. After several years of research and unsuccessful attempts, it was thanks to the Ézé+ team that we were finally able to bring our first model to life.
The women at the agency were attentive from the very beginning. They took the time to understand our vision, our technical requirements, and our brand ambitions. Their expertise, precision, and eye for detail allowed our ideas to be transformed into a high-quality finished product, all while respecting our budget.
Ézé+ is the only team we’ve worked with that was able to bring our project to life in such a smooth and professional way. We owe them a great deal for this first major step in our journey, and we wholeheartedly recommend them to any brand looking to create a product with intention, care, and excellence.
